A horizontal trough with helical ribbon agitators for fast, high-capacity mixing.
The Ribbon Blender uses counter-rotating helical ribbons inside a horizontal trough to move powder both axially and radially, achieving fast, thorough mixing at higher batch volumes than a tumbling blender of similar footprint.

How does a Ribbon Blender compare to a tumbling blender for shear-sensitive product?
Ribbon blenders apply more mechanical shear than tumbling blenders (Octagonal/Double Cone), so they suit robust powders and higher throughput rather than fragile granules.
Can liquids be added during blending?
Yes, spray-bar liquid addition is available as an optional feature for binder or coating solutions.
What discharge options are available?
Bottom slide-gate or screw discharge can be configured to the downstream process.
