Heat Exchangers
Shell-and-tube or plate units transferring heat between process fluids.
TCS Heat Exchangers transfer heat between two process fluids — typically steam or thermic fluid to water or air — supporting the heating and cooling utility loops that drying and reaction systems rely on. Shell-and-tube or plate configurations are selected based on fluid type, pressure and footprint constraints.
- 01Exact working sequence is confirmed against the customer's process datasheet at order stage.

Designed with cGMP and xGMP principles in mind
Construction practices are intended to align with commonly accepted xGMP expectations for pharmaceutical process equipment — crevice-free welding, cleanable surfaces and appropriate contact-part finishing. TCS does not issue regulatory certification; compliance of installed equipment within a specific facility is subject to the customer's own validation and regulatory process. Subject to process requirement.
Shell-and-tube or plate — which is right for our utility?
Shell-and-tube suits higher pressure/temperature duty and easier mechanical cleaning; plate exchangers suit compact footprints and lower fouling fluids. We confirm selection against your utility datasheet.
Can these be supplied in SS for product-contact duty?
Yes, SS304/SS316 wetted parts are available where the exchanger contacts product rather than purely utility fluid.
What heat transfer area is typical?
Sized to the customer's heat duty calculation; a representative model is shown above.
