Pulverizer
A heavy-duty mill for reducing bulk material to fine powder at higher throughput.
The Pulverizer is a heavier-duty mill intended for higher-throughput fine size reduction than a Multi Mill, suited to bulk powder and chemical applications where volume matters more than the fine process flexibility of a multi-purpose mill.
- 01Exact working sequence is confirmed against the customer's process datasheet at order stage.

Designed with cGMP and xGMP principles in mind
Construction practices are intended to align with commonly accepted xGMP expectations for pharmaceutical process equipment — crevice-free welding, cleanable surfaces and appropriate contact-part finishing. TCS does not issue regulatory certification; compliance of installed equipment within a specific facility is subject to the customer's own validation and regulatory process. Subject to process requirement.
How is a Pulverizer different from a Multi Mill?
A Pulverizer is generally built for higher continuous throughput on a narrower range of duties, while a Multi Mill offers more screen/blade flexibility for varied wet and dry milling tasks.
Can it be supplied in stainless steel for pharma use?
Yes, SS304 or SS316 contact parts are available where pharmaceutical-grade construction is required.
What feed sizes are acceptable?
Feed size limits depend on the model and screen selected; confirm against your raw material at order stage.
