Vibro Sifter
A vibrating screen separator used to grade or de-lump powders by particle size.
The Vibro Sifter passes powder over a vibrating mesh screen, separating oversize lumps or foreign particles from the on-size fraction. It is commonly placed after milling and before blending or packing as a final particle-size quality check.

Can the Vibro Sifter separate more than one particle size grade at once?
Yes, a multi-deck configuration with different screen apertures can separate several size fractions in a single pass.
Is it suitable for fine, dusty powders?
Yes, with an appropriately rated dust-containment cover and earthing for static control.
How are screens changed?
Screens are mounted on quick-release frames for fast changeover and cleaning between products.
