Multi Mill
A versatile size-reduction machine using interchangeable screens and a high-speed rotor.
The Multi Mill reduces particle size using a high-speed rotor fitted with interchangeable knives or impact blades, paired with a screen sized to the target particle range. Screen and blade combinations allow the same machine to handle wet granulation, dry milling and pulverising duties.
- 01Exact working sequence is confirmed against the customer's process datasheet at order stage.

Designed with cGMP and xGMP principles in mind
Construction practices are intended to align with commonly accepted xGMP expectations for pharmaceutical process equipment — crevice-free welding, cleanable surfaces and appropriate contact-part finishing. TCS does not issue regulatory certification; compliance of installed equipment within a specific facility is subject to the customer's own validation and regulatory process. Subject to process requirement.
Can the Multi Mill handle both wet granulate and dry powder?
Yes, by changing the blade configuration (knife-edge forward or impact-edge forward) and screen, the same mill handles both wet granulation and dry milling duties.
How is particle size controlled?
Primarily through screen aperture size and rotor speed; both are selected against the target particle size distribution.
Is dust containment available?
Yes, bag-in/bag-out or contained discharge options are available as optional features for potent or fine powders.
