Coil-type heat transfer elements installed inside dryers or vessels.
Steam Coils deliver steam-based heating directly inside a dryer or process vessel, transferring heat to the surrounding air or product without a separate external heat exchanger loop. They are commonly supplied as the heating bank inside TCS Tray Dryers and similar equipment.

Construction practices are intended to align with commonly accepted xGMP expectations for pharmaceutical process equipment — crevice-free welding, cleanable surfaces and appropriate contact-part finishing. TCS does not issue regulatory certification; compliance of installed equipment within a specific facility is subject to the customer's own validation and regulatory process. Subject to process requirement.
Can steam coils be retrofitted into an existing dryer?
In many cases yes, subject to a site survey confirming chamber geometry and steam supply pressure.
What pressure ratings are available?
Standard coils are rated up to approximately 8 bar; higher-pressure configurations can be engineered against process requirement.
Are these supplied as a standalone item or only with a dryer?
Steam coils can be supplied standalone for an existing vessel or as part of a complete TCS dryer.
